The chunks are cut so there is a high ratio of crust to meat, which is the whole point: every piece gets an edge. We fry to order rather than holding them under a lamp, then toss them in your chosen dry seasoning while they are still hot so it sticks to the coating instead of falling to the bottom of the box.

CB Original is our house blend and the best place to start. From there the dry line-up runs Salt and Pepper, Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Roasted Garlic Pepper and Peri-Peri — all at the same price, so trying a new one costs nothing. Prefer sauce? Our saucy flavours include Honey Garlic, Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo Ranch and Korean Sweet Chili.
