About Our Beef Pares
Pares takes its name from the Filipino word for “pair” — braised beef paired with rice and soup. At Crspy Bnch we build ours the traditional way: beef brisket simmered for hours with soy, star anise, garlic and a touch of sweetness until the sauce turns glossy and clings to every piece. Nothing is rushed, because the braise is what makes pares taste like pares.
It arrives as a proper set: tender brisket in its sauce, fragrant garlic rice, and a separate bowl of clear beef broth to sip between bites. Is Beef Pares spicy?
No. Our Beef Pares Clasico is mild and family friendly. If you want heat, add our chili oil or use the spicy vinegar that comes on the side.
What is the difference between Clasico, Loaded and Langit?
Clasico is the classic brisket, rice and soup set. Loaded adds extra toppings, and Beef Pares Langit is the fully loaded version with bone marrow and additional cuts for a much richer bowl.
